1. Access & Conduct
Access to dustclean.cc is granted for the sole purpose of reviewing services, obtaining quotes, and booking cleans. Automated scraping, data mining, or any activity that burdens our servers is prohibited. You agree to provide accurate contact and property details. False information may result in a refused booking, per our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Scope & Booking
Our website facilitates booking for residential and small-office cleaning. All bookings are subject to availability in your arrondissement (see Services for coverage). Quotes are based on the information you provide. We reserve the right to adjust the final price after a pre-clean assessment if the condition of the property materially differs from the initial description. Cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid a fee.
3. Privacy, Data & Photography
We collect minimal personal data required for scheduling and servicing. We never sell your data. Our team may photograph completed work for quality assurance and our portfolio. These images are anonymized (no address, personal items obscured) unless you provide explicit written consent for usage. You retain the right to request image removal. See full Privacy Policy.
4. Liability & Insurance
dustclean is insured for accidental damage up to a specified value (available upon request). Our standard service includes basic dusting, vacuuming, and surface cleaning. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items not secured by the client, or damage resulting from poor building maintenance (e.g., faulty wiring). We do not service hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, sewage). We maintain a 500€ liability policy for property damage.

Most service issues arise from miscommunication or unrealistic expectations. These are the most common pitfalls we observe, and the concrete steps to ensure a smooth experience.
The "Kitchen Sink" Quote Request
The Mistake: Describing a 3-room apartment as "clean, just needs a touch-up," but having a packed kitchen, deep fridge grime, and pet hair in every corner.
The Fix: Be brutally honest in your booking form. Use our "Deep Clean" option for move-outs or neglected spaces. It’s more accurate and prevents mid-clean price adjustments.
Access & Logistics Oversights
The Mistake: Not mentioning building rules (elevator keys, no-noise hours) or failing to provide clear entry instructions.
The Fix: Our booking form has specific fields for access instructions. Providing this saves time and ensures we can work efficiently within your building's constraints.
The "It's Not Worth It" Add-On
The Mistake: Declining oven cleaning or interior window service to save 30€, then realizing the grime undermines the entire clean.
The Fix: View add-ons as investments in result quality. A spotless kitchen and clear windows transform a standard clean into a spotless one. Our team will advise on the fly.
The Last-Minute Reschedule
The Mistake: Cancelling 2 hours before a scheduled clean, tying up a crew slot that could have served another client.
The Fix: Our 24-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced. If your plans change, rescheduling is free, but it allows our team to manage their time effectively and serve more clients.
Governing Law & Final Provisions

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, specifically applicable in Paris. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, our service, or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
